JOHORNOW is a Johor-based content platform publishing food, travel, deals, events and local news, connecting readers with merchants and partners.

Accessing certain features may require registering an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of any breach of these terms.

You must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Scrape, harvest or systematically download content without written permission
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass security mechanisms or interfere with the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Post content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene or otherwise unlawful under Malaysian law

When you submit content (articles, photos, comments, partnership submissions), you grant JOHORNOW a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and adapt that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.

All editorial content (articles, images, videos, design, software) is owned by JOHORNOW or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. You may share links and short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish or commercially use our content without written permission.

Merchant information and third-party links are provided for convenience only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, availability, pricing or quality of any merchant. Transactions between you and a merchant are solely between the two parties, and we are not a party to them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, nor do we warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, JOHORNOW and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold JOHORNOW harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these terms or your submitted content.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you breach these terms or applicable law, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion.

These terms are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
